Hi, I'm Lauren.
I am a certifying birth doula and a certified postpartum doula through DONA. I am also a Certified Lactation Counselor, Registered Nurse, Adjunct Professor of Nursing, military spouse, and a mother of two. I am from the beautiful state of Louisiana, but we have called Florida our home since 2009.

Inspired by my own experiences with birth, postpartum recovery, and breastfeeding, I have taken on this new role as Doula. Although my nursing education and practice is my background, the individualized, attentive, care is what drew me into the Doula world.
