The Greek word doula means woman caregiver. As a birth doula, I am here to guide you through the maternity and birth stages. Having had both a medicated birth and then a natural birth, I can understand the uncertainty and the many questions you may have. Oftentimes, mothers may feel uninformed and are not quite sure what resources they can trust. With evidence-based practices and reliable resources, you will feel empowered about your choices for you and your baby. As a birth doula, I am here to provide physical, emotional, verbal, and loving support. Using massage, movement, positive affirmations, water, tools, and techniques, it is my job to ensure your relaxation and comfort.
